当代酒店与民宿灯具大量采用"旋压成型 + 选择性纹理"策略：φ300–500 mm 灯罩旋压后，只对下半部做手工锤目（每平方厘米 4–6 点），上半部保留镜面旋纹反射光源。0.8 mm 紫铜在 3000 K LED 下呈现暖橙透射光，透光率约 12–18%。这类订单单批 100–300 只，工作室内部分工为 1 人旋压、2 人锤目，日产能 30–40 只。
Contemporary hospitality lighting uses "spin-formed + selective texture": after spinning φ300–500 mm shades, only the lower half is hand-hammered (4–6 dents/cm²) while the upper half keeps mirror spin lines to reflect the source. 0.8 mm copper transmits 12–18% of 3000 K LED as a warm orange glow. Orders of 100–300 units are staffed with one spinner and two hammerers, 30–40 pieces a day.
